It will soon be Easter and time for our "SCOTTISH BEER FESTIVAL".
It's 19 years since I had the 1st Scottish Beers at the Star, the most memorable being a Kilderkin of Broughton's Oatmeal Stout, in the fithiest barrel I've ever seen, but absolutely delicious, "went in an evening". It was also the First time Orkney Island beer was served in England, and I've still got the T-shirt to prove it!
